Social Issue or Woke Trend?
Diversity sparks discussion. Should we take a stance between the activist ‘JEDI’* approach of Anglo-Saxon origin and the humanistic equal opportunity concept of the French? This theme divides, it disrupts and disturbs. Justifiably so, when we consider the negative impact of our cognitive biases on equal opportunities.
Inappropriately so, when it becomes overly politicized with the help of mocking and simplifying media.
One thing is certain, for the brands and businesses we support, it is gaining significance, embodying the ‘S’ for social responsibility in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
As an agency, it is our responsibility to represent the diversity of the population we cater to. Gender, disability, age, LGBT+, social and cultural diversity… Let’s embrace differences and appreciate the beauty of diversity.
So that each and every consumer or collaborator feels respected, valued, and included in society.
Let’s seize this wonderful opportunity to contribute to a better coexistence in society. The remarkable initiatives featured in this issue demonstrate that brands have a role to play in creative blending.
Let’s unite our efforts for a Roseponsable collective, no doubt!

Focusing our targeting on consumers’ life experiences rather than age, now that’s an interesting novelty!
Communication agencies like all companies have a great social responsibility. Representation of diversity is a big issue. From raising awareness to implementation, how can they create customized D&I programs?
For the sake of living beings, the planet, and society as a whole, it is urgent to incorporate a holistic vision of branding into our professions.
We support companies and brands through a roseponsable and holistic experience, starting from purpose, to narratives, design, communication and activation.
Forget about anxiety – the future is coming in a blink, lead the change, and THINK PINK.
